To ensure fair use and service quality, the following usage limits apply based on your subscription plan:

Daily Post Limits (posts prepared per day, resets at midnight UTC):

  • Free (no subscription): 3 posts per day
  • Starter: 10 posts per day
  • Growth: 20 posts per day
  • Scale: 35 posts per day
  • Unlimited: 50 posts per day

Active Automation Limits (concurrent active automations):

  • Free (no subscription): 1 active automation
  • Starter: 3 active automations
  • Growth: 10 active automations
  • Scale: 20 active automations
  • Unlimited: 50 active automations

These limits are enforced automatically. If you reach a limit, you will need to wait for the daily reset or upgrade your plan. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice to users.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including images, collection names, and custom prompts. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

"SlideFarm" and associated logos are trademarks of our company. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlideFarm regarding the Service.

16.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

16.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.6 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website and/or notifying you through the App. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
