Getting Started
Creating Your Account
- Download SlideFarm from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Open the app and tap "Get Started"
- Sign up using your email, Google account, or Apple ID
- Verify your email address if you signed up with email
- You're ready to connect your TikTok account!
Connecting Your TikTok Account
- From the home screen, tap "Connect TikTok" or go to Settings → TikTok Accounts
- Tap "Add TikTok Account"
- You'll be redirected to TikTok's login page
- Log in to your TikTok account and authorize SlideFarm
- Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to the app
- Your TikTok account is now connected and ready to use
Note: SlideFarm uses TikTok's official API. We can only access features that TikTok allows through their Content Posting API.
Using Automations
Creating Your First Automation
- Tap the "+" button to create a new automation
- Select an image collection or upload new images
- Choose your content template or write a custom prompt
- Preview the AI-generated content and edit if needed
- Set your posting schedule (time and frequency)
- Select your TikTok account
- Tap "Start Automation" to begin
Using Templates
SlideFarm offers pre-built templates for common content types:
- Motivational Quotes – Inspiring messages with your images
- Tips & Facts – Educational content in your niche
- Custom Prompts – Create your own AI instructions
Scheduling Options
- Post Now – Publish immediately
- Schedule Once – Set a specific date and time
- Recurring – Post daily, weekly, or at custom intervals
Troubleshooting
TikTok Connection Issues
Problem: Can't connect TikTok account
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Check that your TikTok account is in good standing
- Try logging out of TikTok in your browser first, then reconnect
- If using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily
Problem: TikTok connection expired
- Go to Settings → TikTok Accounts
- Tap "Reconnect" next to the affected account
- Complete the authorization process again
Failed Posts
Common reasons posts may fail:
- Content Policy Violation – TikTok rejected the content. Review TikTok's Community Guidelines.
- Token Expired – Reconnect your TikTok account in Settings.
- Rate Limited – Too many posts in a short time. SlideFarm automatically spaces out posts to avoid this.
- Image Issues – Ensure images are JPEG or PNG, under 20MB each.
- Network Error – Check your connection and try again.
Note: Credits are only deducted for successful posts. If a post fails due to technical errors, you won't lose a credit.
App Performance
- App is slow: Try clearing the app cache in Settings, or reinstall the app
- Images not loading: Check your internet connection and ensure you've granted storage permissions
- Crashes: Update to the latest app version from the app store
Account Management
Updating Your Profile
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap on the field you want to update (name, email, etc.)
- Make your changes and tap Save
Changing Your Password
- Go to Settings → Account → Security
- Tap "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Tap "Update Password"
Disconnecting TikTok
- Go to Settings → TikTok Accounts
- Find the account you want to disconnect
- Tap "Disconnect" and confirm
- Your scheduled posts for this account will be paused
Delete Your Account
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including images, automations, and remaining credits will be permanently deleted.
To delete your SlideFarm account:
- Open the SlideFarm app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap Account
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom
- Read the warning about what will be deleted
- Enter your password to confirm (or authenticate with Face ID/Touch ID)
- Tap Permanently Delete Account
What happens when you delete your account:
- Your account access is revoked immediately
- All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- All uploaded images are deleted
- All automations are stopped and deleted
- TikTok connections are revoked
- Any remaining credits are forfeited
- You will not be able to recover your account
If you have trouble deleting your account through the app, you can also request deletion by emailing favamvv@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
Billing & Credits
How Credits Work
- 1 Credit = 1 Published Post – One credit is used each time a slideshow is successfully published to TikTok
- Credits never expire – Your purchased credits remain in your account until used
- No charge for failures – If a post fails due to technical issues, no credit is deducted
Purchasing Credits
- Go to Settings → Credits or tap your credit balance
- Select a credit package (50, 200, or 500 credits)
- Complete the purchase through the App Store or Play Store
- Credits are added to your account immediately
Refunds
Credit purchases are processed through Apple or Google. To request a refund:
- iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Go to Play Store → Account → Order History
We may also grant refunds for technical issues. Contact favamvv@gmail.com with your purchase details.
Credit History
View your credit usage history in Settings → Credits → History. This shows all credit additions and deductions with timestamps.
